sabar lah ! tp tk salah kalau lelaki menangis kan ?
ayah ku selalu berkata, lelaki tidak boleh nangis .. tapi awak bukan superman, awak juga bisa nangis!
alahhHh nangis jer lahh ... best kalo nangis masa mengadu dengan Allah. rasa sangat lega lepas tu!

I may sound unconsiderate with this statement and I do not know the reason why you should cry has well.
If crying makes the pain go away and release the tense...then YES
If by crying you just accepting the loneliness or failure then DON"T...
Everyone will go thru the loneliness time will pass and you will find light at the end of the tunnel...insyallah
