Bangkok - 1st Day

Dear Beautiful readers,

Day 1 - Thursday, 7th May 2009

I was nearly "kantoi-ed" at the immigration. Blame it to the toiletteries.

Ended up my beloved shower gel (dah nak abis, tapi aku rasa the custom officer purposely ambik --> ended up she'll use it i think, although it's for MEN, but because of the brand, anything will do!).

Me, Kam and KZ (Kam's friend) had late lunch at the kopitiam. The waitress was a bit slow, and Kam ended up to be a bit pissed off with her. Anyway...i wasn't there to make any scene, just want to get over with it.

We reached BKK around 8 p.m. Suvarnabhumi airport is huge, and i guess the distance is about the same as KLIA to the inner city of KL.

Our hotel is located just in front of BTS (Bangkok Train Station) Chong Nonsi. ER dah bagitau aku that it'll be easier for me as the station is so near (senang nak gerak ke mana2..)

But I can see that the area was a bit quiet and I don't know why. It's just in front of the main road, but it's bloody quiet at that time! Probably Bangkok people just stay inside and didn't really go out.

Right after checked-in, we went out for supper. My God..i couldn't imagine that we just walked and walked and walked, passing through the alleys etc (with the stray dogs "playing around" here and there!). We ended up having dinner at Indian restaurant (it's suck, but we had no choice at that time!)

Left for the room almost 2ish. We'll be having another fun day tomorrow i.e. SHOPPING! ;-)

Bangkok, here I come!

I am leaving for Bangkok tomorrow and will be there during the weekends. Still got something to be settled at work (tetiba laa kan...towards the last day of the week ada benda plak kena settle!).

A Luncheon, Bowling and a Night Out at Theatre...

It's the Labour Day today! And I think this time I can enjoy myself very much. Previously, I always have to work on the 1st day of the month, so in a way..there's no chance to "run away" especially during the Federal Territory Day (1st Feb), Labour Day (1st May) and also the National Day (31st August)

FOOSBALL anyone? (did i spell it correctly?)

I had so much fun yesterday, at the luncheon and followed by a get-together bowling tournament. Yeah...it's nice to be out of office sometimes, although I know that there are still few things to be settled at work (my boss was there too! Hahaha).

We managed to get the 3rd placing and personally, i think Bowling is always based on luck (for me laa..) if you are lucky at that point of time, then u'll get good scoring. (errmm...this is only applicable to an amateur like me, not to the professional bowlers, they have STYLE...)
And right after that, my colleague dropped me at work and we had drinks. I had to kill time before rushing to another place for the theatre with Z and ER. We watched Patung Kertas 2 and i think it's quite a good show!

Well...left for home at almost 12ish as we went for supper at nearby place. I am kinda like this kind of "Sex and The City" lifestyle (mind you...no sex, I am celibating..hahahahah!)
