I need a "proper" rest..

Dear Beautiful readers,

Since working for this Company, I have to face the fact that there are always "ad hoc" requirements..

Just name it! Macam2..

Let alone the fact that you always have to settle the backlogs and also the current deliverables, which are yet to be finished.

And that's the dilemma that I am facing now!

As a matter of fact, today I spent the whole 8 hours at work again (on Saturday? hmm..how sad! Org lain gi dating...). Me with another colleague, and accompanied by few auditors (not the year end audit mind you, it's the "special project")

Sabar je laa..

I have to be there again to complete the tasks. Can't really rely on my fellow subordinates. Tak strict salah, nak jadi strict pun salah...:-(

On my way back, I bought few DVDs and magazines.

I wish I can turn back time, with the Taboo!, Cluedo and Monopoly nights! Arghh..I missed that.

P/S: Biasa laa kita nih manusia, kdg2 we take things for granted. Masa kat depan kita, kita tak peduli sangat. Masa jauh mula laa duk teringat2...Let's learn from that.

Kalau aku ingat kat kawan2 bagai nak rak pun, errmm..do they really think about me?

Beautiful Saturday

I am glad that it's the weekend.
Although I might not have many things to do (i mean, the activities), but yet I think I can some peace of mind here at home.

As expected, right after a quick breakfast and newspaper time, i spent time with my Wii. Berpeluh gak duk main tennis and bowling (berpeluh ke bowling? heheheh) And not to forget, the workouts sessions i.e. the cardio workouts with my "virtual" trainer (sad eh? I should have gone to the real gym but not at this moment). But it does work wonders though...

Aku tak tahu lagi nak kemana today. ER will be going to Jakarta for work, or else i'll be going out with him kut.
Ntah laa..or as usual, I will be the lone ranger looking for the best deals at malls in KL!

Tgk laa lepas Zuhur ke nanti...kuar laa kut.

Went to Low Yat with ER (thanks for carrying my console though! Hujan renyai2 beb!)

Another shopping trip at Pavi.

Oh, by the way, while having lunch at MK, that "celebrity" was sitting beside our table.He's on TV tonite at 8! :-)

Long weekend..

Dear Beautiful readers,

It's the long weekend again.

I wish I am somewhere. Outside KL.

But i am not..

Have to settle few things at work (although my two staff - after the sms incidents are still reluctant to assist, but i don't mind though..) I didn't really stretching out myself and it's manageable. Hopefully everything will be OK!

My sis and her family arrived from KB at 6 p.m. Yes, as expected, of course my house will be a bit chaotic with the kids and well...i got used to it though ;-) I brought my nieces and nephew to Pavillion for dinner (their mum and dad at home, resting...) and well...i didn't know why i feel so jealous looking at few "couples" having dinner in Pavi (some are familiar faces...i think they looked at me too - perasan!)

Back from dinner, had a game of Monopoly with the nieces and nephew. I do care about my "toys" and of course, my family members too...at this point of time, i think they are in deep sleep while me still in my room doing this! Haaa...i wish I am with someone too..

Jalan, Makan, Main! (Part 1)

Yeah, it's Saturday and it's obvious that most of us are looking forward for the weekends. Rite?
I had a wonderful Saturday yesterday.

Morning: Chillin' at home..nice! But last night I realised that my driving licence was expired so I have to renew it.Went to the nearest post office (thank God there were not so many people!)



Afternoon: Went to the nearby mall and get the games that I wanted before:


a) Taboo! (I just realized how fun this game is for us adult!)
b) Monopoly World Edition (Have been waiting for this since the introduction earlier this year)
c) Boggle (Another simple game...to improve competitiveness, hehe!)



Later, for iftar, my close friends have organised a makan session cum my humble birthday celebration (thank you people!) at one of the ikan bakar's place in Penang! Simply marvellous and wonderful food indeed!

Lala & Sotong Masak Cili - "Aku tak makan lala...;("After iftar and Isyak, we went to the nearby mall and at Starbucks, we have officiated my first Taboo game by playing it! Simply addicted! definitely there will be another session of Taboo!

Slept at 1 a.m. last nite. Other than mum who always call me for sahur (she'll call, believe me!), this time Abg A sent me a sms to wake up for sahur..Hehehe. So far, I have only missed one night of sahur.

Pheww...it's a very hectic day today since morning. I have expected this since last weekend.
It's EXPECTED!

Attended a refresher course on business writing in the early part of the morning and one of the slot was playing the TABOO game! This was my first time and I guess, my performance wasn't that bad! Should have added this game to my board games collection!

Alhamdulillah, managed to clear some of the outstanding workload for today. The big boss has not arranged the session with me to explain and update on my "progress". Probably he'll let me know a.s.a.p and I really hope that it will be materialised..

Oh, later in the evening, me and the "team" (SF, Zura & Shid) had the iftar at one of the fusion restaurants here with Abang Lan & Wati, together with Reen, Epol & Azam. We had finalised some of the pending things for the coming events and I guess it's almost "finalised", but we still have to face all the protocols etc. I hope that this will go smoothly.

It's my BIRTHDAY eve and yes, Wati was the first one to wish me HAPPY BIRTHDAY. It was fun, but deep in my heart, I don't really feel the oompph this time! Come on, it's my 30th...I should feel something different, rite guys?

Well...well...well, I hope that, starting tomorrow, I'll face the day with pride and more courage, boost with confidence (but not boasting) and always ready to face the challenge, as I have already entered the "different" age group..

We'll see...how it goes tomorrow!

Cluedo Nite!

Note: This writing was meant for yesterday's happenings i.e. Friday ;)

TGIF!

Another not-so-productive day, but nevertheless, I did manage to complete whatever tasks that I have to do for the day. Probably I am looking forward for the weekend, since I'll be involved in the charity program with the nearby school.

We (me and the team) managed to complete the final preparation for the next day's event, which will be held in one of theme parks in our area. And later that nite, me and the usual suspects (i.e. regular buddies) had our Cluedo nite at the nearby kopitiam.

We used my new cluedo and so far, I am suck in this game and G (thanks to his alertness, wittyness and of course, being so detail! Sorry G!) became the winner of my virgin Cluedo!

P/S: I should have came out with this particular posting last nite (i.e. right after Cluedo) but I was so damn tired and have to wake up early for the charity program the next morning.
